  • Customers are responsible for collecting their orders within the specified time frame. Uncollected orders may be subject to disposal or additional handling charges, especially for perishable goods such as flowers.

5.3 Delivery Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including recipient name, address, and contact number.
SK Flora is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5.4 Risk Transfer

Delivery is deemed successfully completed when the order is delivered to the specified address or collected by the customer.
At this point, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
