We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused and in original condition
Be returned in original packaging
Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with missing parts, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the packaging
Eligible cases will receive a 1-to-1 replacement of the same item.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

We will arrange a replacement after verification.

We only offer 1-to-1 exchanges for items that are:
Defective

Exchanges are limited to the same item only and subject to availability.
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time is 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
